About Noel
Noel Nicole is a results-driven executive leader, strategist, and educator with over 18 years of experience leading enterprise transformation, operational excellence, and large-scale program delivery across multiple industries including technology, finance, logistics, manufacturing, and engineering.
As a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and PMP-certified executive, Noel specializes in building high-performing organizations, implementing governance frameworks, and driving measurable business outcomes through disciplined execution and strategic alignment.
She currently serves in executive leadership within Implementation Services, where she leads enterprise-wide system migrations, operational strategy, and change management initiatives impacting large-scale portfolios and cross-functional teams.
Beyond corporate leadership, Noel is a passionate educator, teaching Lean Six Sigma and Project Management through Emory University and her company, SigmaCertify, where she equips professionals to elevate their careers, increase their earning potential, and lead with confidence.
Noel is known for her ability to turn around underperforming teams, implement structure in chaotic environments, and deliver results that align with both operational and financial goals.
